Today while I was having a computer I noticed the skin on my glans and foreskin was feeling a little bit uncomfortable.
It’s a difficult feeling to describe, but it’s just when you know something isn’t quite right. I get that on all parts of my body – face, hands, legs and so on.
So when I got out of the shower and dried up, I did notice that small rashes were popping up again.
Once I finally got into my bedroom and my body wasn’t all steamy, I realized it was actually worse than I thought.
My balantis xo was definitely back.
Luckily, I’ve treated this many times before so this wasn’t any cause for concern. I simply put a little steroid cream on it, and tomorrow I’ll start applying the Creme Complete.
I know why this has happened.
Back at the height of my balantis xo, I was unbelievably diligent with my treatment. I kept the foreskin retracted almost every hour of the day, I applied Creme Complete or tea tree oil every morning and night, and whenever the skin was peeling I used all the willpower I had to not touch myself down there in any way while I let it heal.
Nowadays that it’s mostly gone, I’ve gone lazy and I don’t do things like that anymore. I barely retract the foreskin and let the glans dry out and don’t wash it nearly as often after going to the toilet.
As I wrote in my guide to treating balantis xo, keeping the glans and foreskin dry and keeping it far away from any urine contact is the number one rule. That alone can help you bring your bxo under control. It seems we have a funny way of falling back into bad habits once we’re out of the danger zone.
So maybe this can be a reminder to all of us that treatment never really ends. We need to always be careful, even when things are looking good.
Good health to you
